- The appointment will be booked is as per availability as and when released by the US embassy
- We are not responsible for any delays in processing of application post submission due to non availability of appointment or due to non operation of the embassy.
- Visa grant is at sole discretion of the US Embassy and we don’t guarantee it
- The visa fee will be charged as per actual as per the embassy i.e., equivalent to $185 per person and is subject to change as per US Embassy
- The form validity is one year from the date of submission and is required to fill in another form before the biometric appointment takes place.
- The Visa application fee (Also known as the MRV fee) are valid for 365 days from the date a receipt issued for the payment of the MRV fee
- Applicants must schedule an in-person or interview waiver appointment during this 365-day period

- In the event of applicant disengaging/cancelling the services after engagement of the services the facilitation charges paid will be non refundable
- Please note the visa fee and facilitation charges are non-refundable irrespective of the outcome/decision of the visa application
- We request you to not book any flights unless the visa decision is received.
- We are not liable to pay for any expenses incurred by the applicant for the purchase of air tickets, hotel reservations, any tours, train, ferry, bus, insurance and pre-booked and paid packages or in the event of non grant of visa or delay in decision by the Embassy
- The Embassy/VFS charges Rs 850 per application for courier services if opted for (at the time of returning the passport which is to be paid by the applicant on delivery of the passport from the embassy. Please advise in advance if you wish to avail this service)
- The GST is levied only on facilitation charges
- As discussed the appointments are subject to availability as per system as and when they are available
- If you have tried to created a profile on US portal there will be a technical problem encountered while processing the application stage 2 and in such a situation the applicant has to get it resolved with the US support team themselves ( please note that since a new portal has been launched by the US embassy the resolution time is not known in such cases)

- Service fees charged by Holidaymyplanet cover professional handling, advisory, and ation support only. These fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted, irrespective of the visa outcome.
- Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of s and information provided. The company will not be liable for rejections, delays, or penalties arising from incorrect, false, or missing ation.
- Visa requirements, ation checklists, fees, and timelines are subject to change without prior notice by the concerned authorities. Applicants are advised to check the latest requirements before submission.
- Any additional expenses such as courier charges, translation fees, biometrics, travel insurance, or attestation costs are payable separately and are not included in the service fee unless specifically mentioned.
- The company is not responsible for any loss of original s, delay in courier deliveries, or technical errors occurring at the Embassy, VFS, or external service provider&rsquos end.
- Applicants are advised to apply for visas well in advance. The company will not be liable for travel disruptions, cancellations, or losses due to late submission or processing delays by third-party authorities.
- In cases where an Embassy or Visa Center requests additional s or in-person appearance, the applicant must comply at their own cost.
- Refunds, if applicable (in rare cases of service non-initiation before processing), will be at the sole discretion of Holidaymyplanet management and processed after deducting administrative and payment gateway charges.
- All communication will be sent to the applicant&rsquos registered email ID or phone number. The applicant is responsible for ensuring accessibility and correctness of contact details.
- The company follows strict data protection measures however, it will not be liable for data breaches or misuse beyond its reasonable control or caused by third-party platforms.
- Holidaymyplanet acts as an independent facilitator and not as a representative of any Embassy, Consulate, or Government Authority.
- All services and transactions are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
