• Bar council registration/registration with ICAI/Registration with MCI

• Registration documents of the entity if registered
• Professional Degree copy

Homemakers dependent/dependent children

• Letter of sponsorship
• Occupation document of the sponsor
• Sponsors Bank statements for latest 3 months attested by bank, copies of FD attested by bank
• Latest 2 years income tax returns
• Copy of passport/ID card of the sponsor
• Proof of relationship
• Dependent children
• Affidavit less than 3 months old as part of the application. Original should be kept for their records while traveling

Students

• Bridged Birth certificate if a minor

• School/college bonafide letter confirming the admission and leave approval
• School/college ID card copy
• Notarised copy of parental consent and sponsorship
• Occupation document of the sponsor
