• NOC from the organization on letter head (if the NOC is a challenge, then you can provide last 3 months of salary slips along with Employee ID card copy) (NOC sample format atatched)
• 3 months bank Salary Account statement of the applicant.(Issued within 7 days, with sufficient balance)

Additional documents from Self-Employed.

• Certificate of registration of the company, including its GST number. (COI, GST, Partnership deed etc)
• Personnel request letter on company letter heads.

Personal documents from Homemaker.

• .03 months savings bank statement, if applicable.Issued within 7 days, with sufficient balance).
• Other savings documents (invetment portfolio & FD's), if applicable.

For Children in school

• School ID card copy
• Birth Certificate

For Toddler child

• Birth Certificate

Sponsorship documents from Sponsor for dependents 

• Passport front & back copy
• 3-month bank statement (Issued within 7 days, with sufficient balance).
• Sponsorship letter, we will draft. (Provide travel date & employment details)
• Occupation documents

Personal documents from retired from Govt Services.

• 3-month pension bank statement (updated within 7 days, with sufficient balance).
• PPO letter along with 03 months pension slips.

Documents from Inviting Person in Singapore

• Letter of invite duly signed.
• Passport copy front and back ( clear scanned copies)
• Copy of E-Pass (FIN) front and back

Please note if the address on passport is different than the current address of stay you will have to provide (valid rent agreement duly notarised for the current address or Adhaar  card copy with current address or latest airtel landline bill in the name of applicant on current address)

Please advise if you are visiting a family member or a friend in Singapore as there will be documents required from the inviting person

Important Points

• The document list provided is the minimum required for the application if the immigration authorities require more they may request for it.
• Application minimum processing time is 3-5 working days post submission, submission should be before 7 days of travel date and can be done within 30 days of travel date

• We are not liable to pay for any expenses incurred by the applicant(s) for visa fee, service fee, flights, insurance, hotels, holiday excursion trips, site-seeing trips, bus, train, car hire, or any other expenses made by the applicant for the trip in the event of operation closure, due to non grant of visa or any other reason
• The applicant has to follow pre-requisites and health requirements at the time of travel and registration for Singapore travel pass themselves.
