Details Required for Azerbaijan Visa Applications

• Applicant Contact Details (Mobile & Email ID)
• Intended Date of travel
• Hotel Name and Address if confirmed.
• Other name if applicant was known by another name previously
• Applicant’s current occupation.

Note:

• Apply at least 3 working days before your arrival
• E-visa application should be submitted at least 3 working days before planned travel date to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• The e-visa should not be attached in the passport. The e-visa should be printed by the applicant and presented together with the passport at the border checkpoint of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• If your stay in Azerbaijan is longer than 15 days, you must register with the State Migration Service. Failure to do so can result in a fine.
